Job summary

Dow Consumer Solutions in the United States is seeking a Senior Customer Manager to oversee regional and cross-business relationships for a key global brand owner in personal care. You will also manage other direct accounts, develop the annual sales plan, and work with TS&D and Marketing to build a pipeline of technical and commercial opportunities.

This role requires leading cross-functional teams, negotiating pricing, and delivering growth while balancing short- and long-term trade-offs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military degree equivalence (U.S. E5 or Canadian rank).
• At least 7 years of relevant experience.
• U.S. work authorization is required; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolio and implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plan delivering value and volume.
• Collect market intelligence to shape plans.
• Lead negotiations and implement price changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve CX.
• Use CRM/DSR/CMT/Smart Pricing at expert level.
• Deliver growth including cross-business opportunities.
• Articulate short vs long-term trade-offs for win solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
