Dow Consumer Solutions is seeking a Senior Customer Manager to oversee regional accounts and cross-business relationships for a global brand owner in the personal care space. You will develop sales plans, leverage Dow’s portfolio strengths, uncover opportunities, and collaborate with TS&D and Marketing to build a robust opportunity pipeline.

The role requires managing multiple stakeholders, leading cross-functional teams, and may include select global negotiations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent military ranking with U.S. E5 or Canadian rank equivalent.
• 7+ years of relevant work experience.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not provided.
