Dow Consumer Solutions in the United States seeks a Senior Customer Manager to lead regional and cross‑business relationships for a key global brand owner. You will manage direct accounts, develop annual sales plans, leverage Dow’s portfolio, and collaborate with TS&D and Marketing to build a robust pipeline of technical and commercial opportunities.

The role requires managing many stakeholders, leading cross‑functional teams, and may involve global negotiations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military equivalence (U.S. E5 or Canadian equivalent)
• 7+ years of relevant experience
• U.S. work authorization without visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolio – prepare and implement account plans
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plan delivering value and volume
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape sales/marketing plan
• Lead negotiations and implement price changes
• Collaborate with other functions to improve CX
• Utilize CRM/DSR/CMT/Smart Pricing at expert level
• Deliver growth including cross-business opportunities
• Articulate short vs long-term trade-offs for win solutions
• Coach and mentor junior employees
