Dow Consumer Solutions in the United States seeks a Senior Customer Manager to oversee regional and cross-business brand owner relationships in personal care. You will drive annual sales plans, understand Dow’s portfolio, uncover opportunities, and collaborate with TS&D and Marketing to build a robust pipeline.

You will manage multiple stakeholders, lead cross-functional teams, and navigate potential global negotiations. The role is regional with possible global projects and travel.

Qualifikationen

• A bachelor’s degree or relevant military degree equivalence at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• A minimum of 7 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship available.

Aufgaben

• Manage account portfolio - prepare and implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plan, delivering both value and volume.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape sales/marketing plan.
• Lead/conduct negotiations and implement price changes.
• Collaborate with other function(s) stakeholders to deliver improving CX results.
• Use CRM, DSR, CMT, Smart Pricing at “expert” level.
• Deliver growth, including cross business opportunities.
• Understand short vs long term trade offs and articulate them for win solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
