Job summary

Dow Consumer Solutions is seeking a Senior Customer Manager to oversee regional/global brand-owner relationships in personal care. This role coordinates with TS&D and Marketing to build a robust sales pipeline and lead cross-functional teams.

Travel may be required, with the position located across several US sites or virtually on the East Coast. You will develop and execute annual sales plans, manage stakeholders, and drive growth with both value and volume, while mentoring junior colleagues

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military degree equivalence at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant working experience.
• US work authorization; no visa sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolio - prepare and implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plan, delivering both value and volume.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape sales/marketing plan.
• Lead/conduct negotiations and implement price changes.
• Collaborate with other function(s) stakeholders to deliver improving CX results.
• Use CRM, DSR, CMT, Smart Pricing at “expert” level.
• Deliver growth, including cross business opportunities.
• Understand short vs long term trade offs and articulate them for win solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
