A leading biotech company is seeking a Key Account Manager for North West Germany to develop the market and grow sales. The role involves maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in targeted hospitals and labs, ensuring performance against sales targets, and executing annual business plans. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's in a scientific field and extensive experience in solution selling, particularly in the diagnostic market. Competitive compensation and flexible scheduling are offered.

Qualifications

• Min. 5 years of solution selling experience preferred.
• Experience in working within the designated region is required.
• Knowledge of the diagnostic market, preferably molecular diagnostics or pathology.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring sales volume, revenue, and product mix in territory.
• Developing, maintaining, and executing annual business plans.
• Monitoring sales performance and devising corrective action plans.
