2+ years of freight quoting, pricing.
Proficient with MS Office and able to prioritize tasks under deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in logistics environments.
Excellent communication and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

Serve as SME to support end-to-end client needs.
Oversee client inquiries via phone, email, or other channels; ensure timely responses.
Handle exception escalations and delegate non-sales inquiries as needed.
Collaborate across departments to generate metrics and reports for key accounts.
Assist in delivering transportation and warehouse solutions with operations.
Prepare quotes, RFPs, RFQs, and client presentations and follow up on opportunities.
Support SOP development and drive process improvements to boost profitability.
Assist shipment origination or warehouse fulfillment as needed.
