Responsibilities

• Oversee client inquiries via phone, email or other means and ensure response quality.
• Collaborate across departments to generate metrics and reports for key accounts.
• Prepare and follow up on quotes for key clients to secure opportunities.
• Assist in shipment origination or warehouse fulfillment as needed.
• Support the development of SOPs for key clients.
