ICAT Logistics in Elkridge, MD is seeking a Client Services & Sales Support Associate to bridge operations and sales, identify account opportunities, and support quotes and RFPs. You will collaborate across departments to ensure client needs are met and to develop new business opportunities from existing clients.

The role emphasizes responsive communication, data-driven process improvements, and delivering superior service to key accounts, with up to 10% travel and a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 2+ years in logistics and/or freight forwarding operations.
• 2+ years of freight quoting and pricing experience.
• Customer service experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee client inquiries via phone, email or other means and ensure response quality.
• Assist in preparing quotes, RFQs, RFIs, and client presentations.
• Collaborate across departments to deliver transportation and/or warehouse solutions.
• Support the development of SOPs for key clients and drive process improvements.
