Job summary

AIT Worldwide Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Key Account Specialist II to manage complex Home Delivery customer accounts and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.

You will serve as the primary liaison for assigned clients, resolve escalated service issues, and drive continuous improvement in transport operations. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in logistics or account management, experience with CargoWise or similar TMS, strong communication and analytical skills, and the ability to juggle

Qualifications

• 3+ years in logistics, transportation, or account management (required).
• Experience supporting key customer relationships (preferred).
• Experience with CargoWise or similar transportation management system (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key customer accounts and maintain strong relationships.
• Investigate and resolve shipment, delivery, and service issues.
• Monitor transportation performance across multiple modes and ensure SLAs are met.
• Coordinate with dispatch, operations, carriers, and vendors to resolve exceptions.
• Generate and analyze customer performance reports and KPIs; present findings to stakeholders.
• Support onboarding and development initiatives for the account.
• Participate in cross-functional process improvements and compliance with procedures.
