Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in logistics/transportation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain & grow key stakeholder relationships within a customer portfolio.
• Partner with Carrier Sales to manage shipment coverage and provide updates.
• Discuss pricing and cost adjustments; analyze profitability for customers.
• Manage accounts receivable aging and pursue past-due invoices with collections.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues including delays and exceptions.
• Participate in customer reviews (QBR/MBR) and support load execution.
• Maintain customer engagement records to meet SLAs and SOPs.
• Assist building loads per customer SOP and required load criteria.
• Schedule pickups and deliveries; coordinate with colleagues as needed.
• Collaborate with Account Executive to update SOPs for all portfolio customers.
• Handle overages, shortages, and freight claims; escalate when needed.
• Be available for after-hours issues as required.
