Job summary

ICAT Logistics is seeking a results-driven Sales & Client Support SME to align operations with client needs and exceed expectations. Based in Elkridge, MD, the role supports identified accounts and develops new business opportunities from those clients.

You will provide client services, manage inquiries, collaborate with the sales team, and assist in preparing quotes and presentations. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 4+ years' experience in logistics and/or freight forwarding operations and account management, or equivalent education and experience.
• 2+ years of freight quoting, pricing.
• Customer service experience.
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME with advanced knowledge to support end-to-end client needs.
• Oversee client inquiries via phone, email or other means, tracking acknowledgement and response quality.
• Collaborate with operations to deliver transportation and/or warehouse solutions; prepare quotes and client presentations.
• Assist in shipment origination or warehouse fulfillment, as needed.
• Identify opportunities and work with the sales team; support account management.
