You will serve as a subject-matter expert, maintain relationships, and coordinate load execution while communicating pricing and performance updates to customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in logistics/transportation desirable (0-3 years).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Carrier Sales on shipment coverage and status updates.
• Discuss pricing, accessorials and cost adjustments; support RFPs.
• Monitor accounts receivable and pursue past-due invoices.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and coordinate with internal teams.
• Prepare for customer reviews (QBR/MBR) and maintain engagement records.
• Support load creation and SOP updates; schedule pickups/deliveries.
