Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of transportation and/or freight experience.
• 2+ years of leading others.
• Experience with LTL/TL and contract pricing is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of industry compliance and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead station to achieve customer service, financial, and operational KPIs.
• Hire, train, and manage staff; monitor performance and conduct reviews.
• Collaborate with sales to grow business and align operations with client needs.
• Leverage technology (TMS, dashboards, RPA) to drive efficiency.
• Oversee budgeting, P&L ownership, and cost control.
• Ensure adherence to IATA DGR, TSA, OSHA, and other regulations.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and vendors.
