Job summary

You’ll own account performance, drive revenue, and maintain 94–100% of the customer base with accountability for metrics.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• 3–5+ years of successful sales and/or service experience.
• Travel approximately 70–80% for customer interfacing.
• Strong contract and negotiation skills.
• Excellent people, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key personnel and decision makers at all levels within accounts through proactive outreach and meetings.
• Conduct regular visits and biannual account reviews with quantitative performance metrics.
• Use internal and external resources to retain customers, increase rental revenue, and develop new revenue opportunities.
• Update records daily with pertinent information.
• Maintain contract/PO status and renewals before expiry.
• Collaborate with all UniFirst departments to exceed customer expectations.
• Generate leads for Service and Sales teams as needed.
• Maintain interdepartmental relationships to grow revenue and profits.
