UniFirst in New Kensington, PA is seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager to retain and grow its largest accounts across uniform rental, direct sales, and related services. You will maintain 94%–100% of the customer base, develop relationships with decision makers, and drive revenue opportunities through proactive outreach and regular account reviews.

The role requires 3–5+ years of sales/service experience, strong negotiation and contract skills, and up to 80% travel.

Qualifikationen

• 3 to 5+ years of successful sales and/or service experience.
• Will travel approximately 70% - 80% for customer interfacing.
• Excellent people, communication and interpersonal skills for relationship building.
• Strong contract and negotiation skills.
• Good judgment/decision making.
• Problem solving (solutions and execution).
• Order writing, proposals and pricing.
• Individuals who drive their personal vehicles for business purposes will be required to comply with minimum auto insurance requirements per UniFirst's standards.

Aufgaben

• Retain and grow UniFirst’s largest key accounts by maintaining 94%–100% retention.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers at all levels.
• Conduct regular visits and biannual account reviews.
• Generate leads and coordinate with Service and Sales teams.
• Maintain contract/PO status and renewals before expiration.
• Collaborate with all UniFirst departments to exceed customer expectations.
• Keep records updated daily and monitor account metrics.
