UniFirst in Mobile, AL is seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager to drive retention and growth across our largest accounts in uniform rental and related services. You will own account performance, maintain contracts, and coordinate with internal teams to exceed client expectations.

You will develop executive relationships, conduct regular reviews, and identify new revenue opportunities while maintaining strong negotiation and communication skills. Occasional travel is expected.

Formación

• 3 to 5+ years of successful sales and/or service experience.
• Individuals who drive their personal vehicles for business purposes will be required to comply with minimum auto insurance requirements per UniFirst's standards.

Responsabilidades

• Develop relationships with key decision makers across accounts.
• Conduct regular visits and biannual account reviews.
• Retain customers and develop new revenue opportunities.
• Update contract/PO status and renew contracts before expiry.
• Collaborate with UniFirst departments to exceed customer expectations.
• Generate leads for service and sales teams.
• Maintain interdepartmental relationships to boost revenue.
