DNV Energy Systems North America seeks a Key Account Manager-Energy & Utilities to drive relationships with key accounts, focusing on electric/power utilities and demand side management.

Based in a flexible hybrid role with offices nationwide, you will lead an account team, develop value propositions, and coordinate with Marketing and Public Affairs to create targeted campaigns. The role emphasizes customer-centric strategy and cross-sector opportunities to grow order intake and external revenue.

Responsibilities

• Strategy: Contribute towards the development of the key account strategy and be responsible for developing campaigns for your Key Accounts and service portfolio, which generates increased opportunities with your key accounts area.
• Relationship Management: Foster relevant internal and external networks; identify, build, and strengthen customer relationships; stimulate collaboration within their region and across Business Areas.
• Sales Enablement: Establish and direct project and account teams to achieve business development success; manage sales pipeline growth; influence pricing, resourcing and bid quality reviews.
• Commercial: Collaborate on proposals; work with Sales Manager to develop a yearly Operating Plan; influence pricing decisions.
