DNV Energy Systems North America invites a Key Account Manager-Energy & Utilities to join our commercial team and strengthen, expand and foster relationships with key accounts. You will focus on electric/power utilities and demand side management in line with the Energy Systems strategy.

This role leads an account team, collaborates with Marketing, Communications, and Public Affairs, and influences customer policy and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Strategy: contribute towards the development of the key account strategy and campaigns for Key Accounts and service portfolio.
• Relationship Management: foster internal and external networks, strengthen customer relationships, monitor delivery, and ensure quality. Act as project sponsor for key projects and seek market insights.
• Sales Enablement: establish project and account teams, grow sales pipeline, influence pricing and resourcing, and develop sales skills.
• Commercial: participate in proposals and help develop the yearly operating plan and pricing decisions.
