Responsibilities

• Develop key account strategy and campaigns to grow opportunities within assigned accounts and regions.
• Foster internal and external networks; strengthen customer relationships and ensure high quality project delivery.
• Lead sales enablement for defined accounts, manage the sales pipeline, and influence pricing and bids.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers and commercial teams to develop annual operating plans and pricing strategies.
• Monitor and improve customer experience metrics and capture market and competitor insights.
