Zusammenfassung

DNV Energy Systems North America (ESNA) is seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager-Energy & Utilities to strengthen relationships with strategic accounts in the US. You will drive account strategy, develop campaigns, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver value to electric/power utilities and demand side management initiatives.

The role focuses on expanding key accounts, optimizing customer experience, and guiding market-driven opportunities.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
7+ years in senior business development in energy utilities.
7+ years of account management experience.
Strong network within energy utilities sector.
Willingness to travel up to 40% domestically and 5% internationally.

Aufgaben

Develop and implement key account strategies for energy & utilities customers.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver on customer requirements.
Manage campaigns and opportunities to grow orders and revenue.
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to strengthen value propositions.
Monitor CRSI and customer insights to inform account plans.
Ensure high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction across accounts.
