Job summary

You will develop and execute annual sales plans, understand Dow’s portfolio, uncover opportunities, and collaborate with TS&D and Marketing to build a robust pipeline.

The role requires managing multiple stakeholders, leading cross‑functional teams, and negotiating price changes, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military equivalent; U.S. work eligibility required.
• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• No visa sponsorship is available for U.S. positions.

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolios and implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships across functions.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plans delivering value and volume.
• Collect market intelligence to shape plans.
