Job summary

Dow Consumer Solutions is seeking a Senior Customer Manager to oversee regional and cross-business relationships for a global brand owner in personal care. You will craft annual sales plans, leverage Dow’s portfolio, and partner with TS&D and Marketing to build a robust pipeline, guiding cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

The role emphasizes negotiations, market intelligence, and delivering growth while managing multiple accounts. Travel may be required; relocation is not specified.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military degree equivalence at or above U.S. E5 / Canadian rank.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience.
• Ability to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolio and implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plan delivering value and volume.
• Collect market intelligence to shape sales/marketing strategy.
• Lead negotiations and implement price changes.
• Collaborate with other functions to improve CX results.
• Use CRM, DSR, CMT, Smart Pricing at expert level.
• Deliver growth and pursue cross-business opportunities.
• Articulate short- and long-term trade-offs for win-win solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
