Job summary

Dow Consumer Solutions is seeking a Senior Customer Manager to oversee regional/global accounts focused on a key global brand in personal care. The role includes developing annual sales plans, leveraging Dow’s portfolio, and leading cross-functional teams to build a robust pipeline of technical and commercial opportunities.

You will manage multiple stakeholders, drive negotiations, and coordinate with TS&D and Marketing to achieve growth, with potential global project exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military degree equivalence at or above U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• 7+ years of relevant working experience.
• Must be able to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolio and implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plans delivering value and volume.
• Collect market intelligence to shape plans.
• Lead negotiations and implement price changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve CX results.
• Utilize CRM, DSR, CMT, and Smart Pricing at expert level.
• Deliver growth including cross-business opportunities.
• Articulate short vs long-term trade-offs for win solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
