Job summary

Dow Consumer Solutions is seeking a Senior Customer Manager to oversee regional and cross-business relationships for a global personal care brand. You will develop annual sales plans, leverage Dow’s portfolio, and collaborate with TS&D and Marketing to build a robust pipeline while leading cross-functional teams.

The role is regionally focused, with potential global negotiations, and requires strong business acumen, negotiation, and leadership skills to drive growth and a superior customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military degree equivalence at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolio and implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plans delivering value and volume.
• Gather market intelligence to shape plans.
• Lead negotiations and price changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve CX.
• Utilize CRM/DSR/CMT/Smart Pricing at expert level.
• Delivery growth including cross-business opportunities.
• Articulate short vs long-term trade-offs for win solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
