You will collaborate with Marketing, R&D, and Field Service while leading negotiations and ensuring profitable account performance. Travel up to 60% and a strong customer focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and 5+ years of relevant experience in technical, sales or general management.
• Experience in large-scale B2B environments and packaging industry is preferred.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (60% of time).

Responsibilities

• Provide tactical sales direction and defend existing business while gaining new opportunities.
• Execute account strategy to maintain share of wallet and drive profitability.
• Coordinate with leadership, marketing, R&D, and field service to support trials and customer initiatives.
• Report performance and drive forecast accuracy for the business unit.
• Manage account planning, pipeline and profitability in CRM.
