Job summary

Amcor LLC is seeking a results-driven sales leader to drive strategic growth for a key account. This role emphasizes ownership of the account strategy, collaboration with marketing, R&D, and field service to defend and expand share of wallet, and delivering profitable year-over-year growth.

You will orchestrate cross-functional teams, manage profitability, and steer negotiations with customers while maintaining strong relationships and meeting contractual commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in technical, sales and general management.
• Experience in a large-scale B2B environment, preferably packaging industry.
• Able to travel domestically & internationally up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Owns and manages key account strategy to defend and grow share of wallet.
• Coordinate with leadership to implement account plans and marketing strategies.
• Lead negotiations and communicate outcomes to stakeholders.
• Forecast and report performance; manage CRM pipelines and profitability.
