Job summary

Dow Consumer Solutions in the United States is seeking a Senior Customer Manager to lead regional accounts for a global brand owner relationship in personal care. You will develop and execute annual sales plans, align Dow’s portfolio with customer needs, and collaborate with TS&D and Marketing to build a strong pipeline.

The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, negotiating prices, and mentoring junior staff, with travel as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military equivalent at appropriate rank.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolio - prepare and implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plan, delivering value and volume.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape plans.
• Lead negotiations and implement price changes.
• Collaborate with other function stakeholders to improve CX.
• Use CRM, DSR, CMT, Smart Pricing at expert level.
• Deliver growth, including cross-business opportunities.
• Understand short vs long term trade offs and explain them.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
