Job summary

Republic Services is seeking an ES Key Account Executive to drive strategic sales growth and relationship management across our broker portfolio. You will assess customer environmental services needs and expand solution adoption through regular strategic meetings with key decision-makers.

You will design customized environmental solutions, collaborate with internal teams, and leverage CRM tools to develop robust customer profiles while monitoring market trends to anticipate needs.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced ability to build and maintain strong long-term relationships with customers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce).
• Experience in a sales, account management, or customer-facing role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and retain relationships with brokers and key decision makers within assigned accounts.
• Identify opportunities to expand service offerings and achieve maximum account penetration.
• Develop and communicate customer plans with opportunities, risks, and growth/retention strategies.
• Ensure daily CRM usage and maintain robust information profiles for prospective customers.
