Job summary

Republic Services is seeking a Territory Executive II - Environmental Solutions in the United States. You will focus on direct sales and relationship management for new and existing customers, assessing their environmental needs and delivering customized solutions across recycling, waste, and compliance services.

You will build a robust pipeline, manage opportunities in CRM, and coordinate with internal teams to align solutions with customer goals while growing profitable revenue.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in sales, account management or customer facing roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) to manage pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and retain existing customers while expanding service offerings.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline through proactive outreach.
• Meet with customers to present and tailor environmental solutions.
• Document activities in CRM and follow up on leads.
• Understand regulatory requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
• Prepare pricing proposals and onboarding paperwork as required.
