You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure proposed solutions align with customer goals while maintaining knowledge of pricing structures and services.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in a sales, account management, or customer facing role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) to manage pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and retain existing customers by building long-term relationships with key decision makers.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients through proactive outreach.
• Understand customer operations and regulatory requirements to design customized environmental solutions.
• Utilize CRM daily and document all activities; follow up on leads.
• Maintain knowledge of services and pricing; identify opportunities to grow revenue.
