Advocate Health is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead the Epic Factory AI Program and cross-application strategic initiatives under the AVP of Clinical Applications for Strategic Projects & AI. Epic EHR certification and extensive experience with Epic applications are required.

The ideal candidate will translate complex business requirements into optimized workflows, communicate effectively across executives and technical staff, and drive adoption of AI-enabled healthcare solutions.

• Develop and understand the business case and requirements to solve technology-related problems.
• Coordinate with IT leadership and business units to plan portfolio/demand management.
• Maintain relationships across IT and business units; communicate value and strategy effectively.

• Measure benefits of initiatives and manage risk, scope, and communications.
• Mentor analysts and coach teams on new systems and workflows.
