Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Technical Program Manager to develop and administer our Epic Factory AI Program and other cross-application strategic initiatives under the AVP of Clinical Applications for Strategic Projects & AI. Epic EHR certification and deep hands-on experience with core applications are required.

Responsibilities

Develop and administer Epic Factory AI Program and other cross-application strategic initiatives.
Lead complex, high-visibility projects from concept to execution; manage risk and scope.
Mentor IT team in workflow and functionality around new systems and enhancements.
Create business process mappings showing interdependencies across systems.
Support project management efforts including communication plans and implementation strategies.
