Job summary

Advocate Health seeks a Technical Program Manager to develop and administer the Epic Factory AI Program and other cross-application strategic initiatives under the AVP of Clinical Applications for Strategic Projects & AI.

The ideal candidate is Epic EHR certified with hands-on experience across core applications, capable of translating complex requirements into optimized workflows and leading high-visibility projects in a healthcare IT environment.

Qualifications

Epic EHR certification with hands-on experience across core Epic modules.
Ability to translate business requirements into streamlined, optimized workflows.
Proven ability to communicate effectively with executives and analysts across levels.
Track record delivering strategic initiatives including AI-enabled healthcare solutions.
Strong understanding of software architecture and healthcare standards.

Responsibilities

Develop and administer Epic Factory AI Program and cross-application initiatives under AVP leadership.
Lead coordinating and monitoring of project activities ensuring design and quality standards.
Mentor IT team in workflows and system enhancements.
Create business process mappings showing interdependencies across systems.
Support project management efforts for risk, communication plans, and implementation strategies.
