Epic certifications and hands-on experience across core Epic applications are required. The role involves translating business requirements into optimized workflows, leading high-visibility projects, and driving adoption of innovative AI-enabled healthcare solutions.
Qualifications
- Epic EHR certified professional with hands-on experience across core applications.
- Typically 7 years in information systems with project management exposure.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field.
- Translate complex business requirements into streamlined, optimized workflows.
- Communicate effectively across all management levels, from executives to analysts.
Responsibilities
- Develop business requirements to solve technology problems.
- Lead cross-application initiatives and the Epic AI program.
- Provide technical direction to project teams for on-time delivery.
- Mentor analysts and drive change management across IT and business units.
