Advocate Health seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead the Epic Factory AI Program and cross-application strategic initiatives under the AVP of Clinical Applications for Strategic Projects & AI. The role requires Epic EHR certification and hands-on experience with Epic applications.
You will translate complex business requirements into efficient workflows, manage high-visibility projects from concept to execution, mentor IT teams, and collaborate with executives and analysts to drive adoption
Competenze
- Epic EHR certification and hands-on experience with Epic applications.
- 7+ years of progressively responsible information systems experience with technical or project management exposure.
Mansioni
- Develop and govern the Epic Factory AI Program and other cross-application initiatives.
- Lead complex, high-visibility projects from concept through execution.
- Mentor IT staff and coach teams on new systems and workflow enhancements.
- Collaborate with IT leadership and business units to define business cases and requirements.
