Job summary
Advocate Health seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead our Epic Factory AI Program and other cross-application initiatives, reporting to the AVP of Clinical Applications for Strategic Projects & AI.
The role requires Epic EHR certification and hands-on experience with core Epic applications, translating complex business needs into streamlined workflows and driving adoption across management levels.
Qualifications
- Epic EHR certified professional with deep, hands-on experience across core applications.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into streamlined, optimized workflows.
- Excellent communication across all levels of management, from executives to analysts.
Responsibilities
- Develop and administer Epic Factory AI Program and other cross-application initiatives.
- Lead complex, high-visibility projects from concept through execution.
- Mentor IT staff and drive adoption of new systems and workflows.
- Define measurable outcomes and track benefits of each initiative.
- Collaborate with IT leadership to align technology with business strategy.
