Responsibilities

• Develop and administer Epic Factory AI Program and cross-application strategic initiatives under AVP leadership.
• Coordinate business requirements with IT and clinical units to solve technology-related problems.
• Maintain relationships across IT and business to ensure technology is leveraged for operational excellence.
• Lead project activities, provide technical direction, and ensure design and quality standards are met.
• Analyze initiatives, measure outcomes, and implement benefits tracking.
• Mentor IT analysts and contribute to staff performance and development.
• Create clear business process mappings showing interdependencies between systems.
• Support risk management, communication plans, and implementation strategies across projects.
