Advocate Health is seeking a Technical Program Manager to develop and manage our Epic Factory AI Program and other cross-application initiatives under the AVP of Clinical Applications for Strategic Projects & AI.

The ideal candidate has Epic certification and strong experience in translating business needs into efficient workflows, with ability to communicate across all management levels and drive adoption of new systems.

Formación

• Epic EHR certified professional with hands-on experience across core applications.
• Ability to translate business requirements into optimized workflows.
• Excellent communication across executives to technical analysts.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and administer Epic Factory AI Program and cross-application initiatives.
• Lead complex, high-visibility projects from concept through execution.
• Mentor IT staff and guide project teams to ensure on-time delivery.
