Job summary

Outdoor Living Supply is seeking an experienced Manager, IT Operations to oversee technology infrastructure, outsourced IT support, and service providers across the organization. This hands-on leader will ensure reliable, secure, and efficient technology services across all locations and remote workers.

You will manage networks, cloud infrastructure, Microsoft 365, identity management, and vendor relationships; drive incident management and continuous improvement; and partner with the CIO on

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience with operations, infrastructure, service delivery, and leadership.
• Broad knowledge of enterprise networking, cloud infrastructure, Microsoft 365, identity management, and technology operations.
• Experience managing outsourced IT services, managed service providers, and third-party vendors.
• Strong understanding of incident management, service delivery, performance measurement, and operational improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant IT certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the performance, reliability, and availability of networks, cloud infrastructure, and telecommunications across locations.
• Provide operational oversight of Microsoft 365, identity management, collaboration tools, and IT management systems with third-party providers.
• Identify risks and drive improvements to strengthen reliability and efficiency.
• Manage relationships with MSPs, outsourced IT, SaaS providers, security providers, and consultants.
• Advise the CIO on technology planning, vendor performance, and cost optimization.
