Job summary

Outdoor Living Supply LLC is seeking an experienced Manager, IT Operations to oversee our technology infrastructure, outsourced IT support, and service providers. This hands-on leadership role focuses on reliability, security, and efficiency across our locations.

You will lead networks, cloud services, Microsoft 365, identity management, and vendor relationships, while advising the CIO on planning and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT operations, infrastructure, and leadership.
• Broad knowledge of enterprise networking and cloud infra.
• Experience managing outsourced IT services and MSPs.
• Strong incident management and service delivery.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and lead without direct reports.
• Experience in multi-location distribution/retail environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance, reliability, and availability of networks, servers, cloud infra, and telecoms.
• Oversee Microsoft 365, identity management, and collaboration tools managed by third parties.
• Identify risks and coordinate improvements for reliability and scalability.
• Lead infrastructure initiatives with PMs, teams, and providers.
• Provide technical guidance and hands-on troubleshooting.
• Manage relationships with MSPs, outsourced IT, and vendors.
• Set service expectations and monitor provider performance.
• Develop service standards and reporting on quality and issues.
• Support incident coordination and escalation with responsible teams.
• Improve support processes, automation, self-service.
• Partner with security leadership to implement security measures.
• Advise CIO on tech planning, vendors, costs, and efficiency.
• Build productive IT-business relationships through collaboration.
