Job summary

Outdoor Living Supply LLC is seeking a Manager, IT Operations to lead the technology infrastructure, outsourced IT support, and service providers across the organization. This role is a hands‑on technical leadership position with a focus on reliability, security, and cost efficiency.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in IT operations, strong experience with enterprise networks, cloud infrastructure, Microsoft 365, identity management, and vendor management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT with operations, infrastructure and leadership.
• Strong networking, cloud, Microsoft 365, identity management.
• Experience managing outsourced IT services and vendors.
• Understanding of incident management and service delivery improvements.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee reliability and performance of networks, Wi‑Fi, internet, servers, cloud, and telecoms across locations.
• Manage outsourced IT services, MSPs, and third‑party providers with SLA oversight.
• Define service standards and reporting on quality, issues, and improvements.
• Coordinate incident management and escalation with cross‑functional teams.
• Advise CIO on planning, vendor performance, and cost optimization.
• Lead infrastructure initiatives with internal teams and external providers.
