Outdoor Living Supply LLC seeks a hands-on Manager, IT Operations to lead our technology infrastructure, outsourced IT support, and service providers across the organization. This role combines technical depth with operational leadership to improve reliability, security, and service delivery for all locations.

You will oversee networks, cloud infrastructure, Microsoft 365, identity management, and vendor relationships, guiding improvements, incident management, and strategic planning with the

Competenze

• 10+ years progressive IT experience in operations, service delivery, and technical leadership.
• Broad knowledge of enterprise networking, cloud infrastructure, Microsoft 365, identity management, and technology operations.
• Experience managing outsourced IT services, MSPs, and third-party vendors.
• Strong incident management, service delivery, and operational improvement skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant IT certifications are a plus.

Mansioni

• Oversee reliability, security, and efficiency of networks, Wi‑Fi, servers, cloud infra, and telecom across locations.
• Provide operational oversight of Microsoft 365, identity management, collaboration tools, and third‑party managed IT services.
• Identify risks and coordinate improvements to strengthen reliability and scalability.
• Lead infrastructure initiatives with PMs, internal teams, and external providers.
• Manage relationships with MSPs, outsourced IT support, SaaS admins, security providers, and consultants.
• Set service expectations, monitor performance, and hold providers accountable for timely support.
• Develop service standards and reporting on quality, issues, and improvements.
• Support incident coordination and escalation with teams responsible for systems.
• Advise CIO on planning, vendor performance, and cost optimization.
