Job summary

Outdoor Living Supply LLC is seeking an experienced Manager, IT Operations to oversee technology infrastructure, outsourced IT support, and service providers. This hands-on leader will solve problems, improve service delivery, and make technology work better for employees.

Responsibilities include ensuring reliability across locations, managing Microsoft 365 and identity management, coordinating improvements, and partnering with the CIO on planning and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 10+ years progressive IT experience including operations and leadership.
• Broad knowledge of enterprise networking, cloud, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience managing outsourced IT services and vendors; strong service delivery focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee reliability, security, and efficiency of IT services across locations.
• Manage outsourced IT support, MSPs, and SaaS providers; monitor performance.
• Lead infrastructure initiatives with internal teams and external partners.
• Advise on technology planning, vendor performance, and cost efficiency.
• Develop service standards and reporting on reliability and incidents.
• Coordinate incident response and escalation with responsible teams.
• Collaborate with the CIO and security providers to implement controls.
