Job summary

Outdoor Living Supply is seeking an experienced Manager, IT Operations to oversee our technology infrastructure and outsourced IT services. You will lead a hands‑on technical team, drive reliability, security, and efficiency across all locations, and shape technology improvements that support growth.

You will coordinate with MSPs and third‑party vendors, manage incidents, and advance security measures with the CIO.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years in IT with operations, infrastructure, service delivery, and leadership.
• Broad knowledge of enterprise networking, cloud infrastructure, and IT operations.
• Experience managing outsourced IT services and third‑party vendors.
• Strong incident management and service improvement focus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance, reliability, and availability of networks, Wi‑Fi, internet, servers, cloud infra, and telecoms across all locations.
• Provide operational oversight of Microsoft 365, identity management, collaboration tools, and MSPs.
• Identify infrastructure risks and coordinate improvements for reliability, efficiency, and scalability.
• Lead infrastructure initiatives with PM, internal teams, and external providers.
• Manage relationships with MSPs, outsourced IT support, SaaS admins, security providers, and consultants.
• Set service expectations, monitor vendor performance, and hold providers accountable.
