Outdoor Living Supply LLC is seeking an experienced Manager, IT Operations to oversee our technology infrastructure, outsourced IT support, and service providers. This remote role focuses on reliability, security, and efficiency across all locations, while guiding strategic technology improvements.

You will oversee networks, cloud, M365, identity management, and service delivery, partnering with external providers to ensure proactive incident resolution and cost-effective operations.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years in progressive IT roles including operations and leadership.
• Broad networking, cloud, M365, identity management knowledge.
• Experience managing outsourced IT services and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance and reliability of networks, Wi‑Fi, servers, and cloud infra across locations.
• Provide operational oversight of M365, identity management, and IT systems via external providers.
• Identify risks and coordinate improvements for reliability and scalability.
• Lead infrastructure projects with internal teams and external vendors.
• Guide troubleshooting and incident resolution as needed.
• Manage relationships with MSPs, SaaS admins, security providers, and consultants.
• Establish service standards, monitor vendor performance, and drive improvements.
