Job summary

Samsara is seeking a Senior Customer Success professional to lead deployments for enterprise customers across fleets and industrial assets. You will own the customer relationship from onboarding through renewal, ensuring adoption and measurable business value.

This is a remote role open to US candidates, with up to 10% travel to customer sites. You’ll partner with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering and Product to deliver successful implementations, scale our customer success practices, and drive

Qualifications

6+ years in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role.
Enterprise SaaS experience preferred.
Experience with technical products or services.
Strong problem solving and consultative skills.

Responsibilities

Be on the front-lines to ensure customers increase safety, efficiency, and sustainability of operations.
Manage deployment of Samsara technology to large-scale customers and achieve quick time to value.
Create launch plans and roadmaps to increase product usage.
Track implementation progress, adoption, and account health across multiple engagements.
Run training sessions and demonstrate Samsara’s technology to executives and day-to-day users.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering and Product.
