Job summary

Samsara is seeking an experienced Strategic Customer Success professional to guide Enterprise customers from onboarding through renewal. In this Implementation role, you will own relationships, ensure successful deployments, and drive value across industries such as transportation, utilities, and education.

You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product, fostering a growth mindset and customer-first culture. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a senior CS, account management, or strategic consulting role.
• Enterprise SaaS experience preferred.
• Strong priority management and high emotional intelligence.
• Experience with technical products.
• Excellent consultative skills with end-to-end implementations.
• Proven ability to communicate with executives and day-to-day users.

Responsibilities

• Be on the front-lines and ensure our customers increase safety and efficiency.
• Manage deployment of Samsara technology to large-scale customers.
• Create launch plans and a roadmap to increase product usage.
• Track implementation progress, participation, product adoption, and account health.
• Run training sessions and demonstrate Samsara’s technology to stakeholders.
• Juggle multiple customer engagements and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Mentor the Customer Success and Support teams.
• Deeply understand the Samsara platform and explain it to customers.
