Job summary

Samsara is hiring for a senior Implementation role within its Strategic Customer Success team. You will own deployment and adoption for enterprise customers, guiding them from onboarding through renewal and advocacy.

This role collaborates across Sales, Support, Sales Engineering and Product to deliver rapid value and scalable deployments, while mentoring teams and shaping long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology consulting or customer-facing tech implementation.
• Enterprise SaaS experience preferred.
• Strong executive stakeholder management and communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Be on the front-lines to ensure customers increase safety, efficiency and sustainability of operations with the IoT platform.
• Manage deployment of Samsara technology to large-scale customers and achieve quick time to value.
• Create launch plans and a roadmap to increase product usage.
• Track progress, product adoption and account health across multiple engagements.
• Lead training sessions and demonstrate Samsara’s technology to executives and day-to-day users.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering and Product.
