Job summary

Samsara is seeking an experienced Implementation lead within the Strategic Customer Success team to deploy and adopt IoT solutions for large enterprise fleets and industrial assets. You will own the customer relationship from onboarding to renewal and work across Sales, Support, Sales Engineering and Product.

This role requires 10+ years in tech consulting or customer-facing implementations, strong executive communication, and a passion for solving complex problems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technology consulting or customer-facing tech implementations.
• Excellent executive stakeholder management and communications.
• Experience supporting or working with technical products.
• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution.
• Proven track record building trust with executives and cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem solving and consultative skills.

Responsibilities

• Be on the front-lines and ensure our customers increase safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations.
• Manage the deployment of Samsara technology to large-scale customers, enabling quick value.
• Create launch plans and a roadmap to increase product usage.
• Track implementation progress, adoption, and account health.
• Run training sessions, demonstrate Samsara’s technology, and work with executives and day-to-day users.
• Mentor the wider Customer Success and Support teams.
• Deeply understand the Samsara platform’s capabilities and explain them to customers.
• Champion and embed Samsara’s cultural principles as we scale globally.
